- Lead the Sales Team
- Develop relationships with distributors, understand their needs and business
- Sales Communication, S&P Communication and Administration
- Follow new market trends
- Data Analysis and Performance Measurement
- Responsible for preparing annual sales budget plan
What you shall already have:
- Relevant higher education
- Min. 5 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in FMCG
- Polish native speaker with fluent English
- Project Management Skills
- Practical experience with contemporary digital skills, tools, platforms and applications
