As for a Service Desk Analyst, these will be your daily responsibilities:
- Desk support in logistics service
- Internal communication with colleagues across Europe will be on a daily basis
- Daily communication in German and English
- Ticket system management
- Resolution of inquiries and questions regarding orders
- Thanks to this position, you will learn about the industry and the field of IT every day!
- Written and spoken English and German or Dutch (B2): you will be in daily communication with advanced or native speakers
- Elemental IT knowledge and skills are a plus: This job will teach you even more!
