Požadavky

You will need to
- have a good command of English (B2) and another foreign language (min. B2)
- be proactive in solving various issues via phone, email, and chat
- pay close attention to details to be able to identify the best solution for the given situation
- assist clients and colleagues with their queries
- be familiar working with Excel and using various systems on a daily basis
- identify spaces for improvement and come up with solutions to save time and enhance productivity
- previous experience in your chosen area is an advantage
