Your new role will include:
* Taking care of your portfolio of customers
* Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key customers
* Handling customer service inquiries and issues via telephone or email
* Solving possible issues and advising if needed
* Performing day-to-day administrative tasks on requests such as maintaining records and processing paperwork
* Advising customers as well as collecting customer feedback
* Maintaining and managing relationships with them

* Strong command of English and French, German, Italian or Polish (C1)
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Previous B2B Customer Service work experience
