You will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers on a daily basis via phone, email or face to face
- Manage customer orders
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Maintain database
- Manage complex customer complaints
- Understanding of company product
- Ensure quality service
- Fluent in English and other EU language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish).
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and computer skills
- Previous working experience with a customer oriented role is an advantage
